■ The following rated values are calculated based on the altitude of 1000 meters and below 40℃ ambient temperature,125℃ temperature rise(insulation class H).
■ For each 24-hour period,the average loading is 75% of published prime power,the genset can work for unlimited time in the way of this mode each year.10% overload work is permissible for 1 hour every 12-hour period.(ISO 8528)

1. Diesel egine
2. Alternator: Four-pole brushless, self-excited system, 2/3 pitch winding, H insulation the voltage regulation will be 1%. If select PMG system, the voltage regulation will be 0.5%, and at the same time PMG system provides high motor starting capacity as well as immunity to waveform distortion on the main stator output created by non-line loads.
3. Control Panel be mounted on common base and separated with engine.
4. Circuit Breaker, easy to operate and connection with high reliability.
5. Base fuel tank with capacity for over 8 hours running.
6. Absorber: Weaken the generator vibrating effectively in order to protect generators' parts and lengthen the lifetime.

Environmentally friendly
● The noise level can be reduced by 15-35 dB(A) through our special noise control design,which ensure quiet operations.It uses special two steps muffler system, which can reduce the noise efficiently,the expansionary muffler or expansionary-absorption mixed muffler can weaken puff port,in addition,it can also weaken their noise which produced during the intake and exhaust process.
Reliability
● The canopy is made of 2mm cold rolled steel plate and high quality painted,the paint is highly endurable against erosion and scratch,strongly rustproof.
● Anti-vibration device,effectively reduce vibration and prevent distortion or harmonics output of the generator sets.
● Enlarge the area of air intake and discharge, and give up traditional bottom air intake design,which can avoid dusts and other impurities being inhalated into the inside of canopy.
● Adopt stainless steel door hinge and high quality door lock.

● Equipped with circuit breaker when engine stops in emergency for avoiding possible electric shock risk when re-start.
● Equipped with emergency stop button,can stop the genset immediately when emergent problem happens.
Easy to operate
● Deepsea DSE6020 or DSE7320 controller with AMF function,automatical control and protection.
● The soundproof genset includes base fuel tank for at least 8 hours running.
● Including fuel inlet,fuel drain outlet and design a coolant filling hole on the top of soundproof canopy for filling coolant conveniently.
Easy to transport
● The soundproof genset below 500KVA includes forklift hole and lifting eyes on the bottom of canopy,make the genset easier to move by forklift or crane.
● Stackable canopy, available up to 20KVA gensets, save the transportation cost.
Easy to maintain
● The daily maintenance work can be performed on the two sides of the genset, and the wide operation doors allow you easily to get into the machine for investigation and maintenance.
● A ladder for climbing is equipped at the sided of the genset, easy for monitor and do maintenance.
CONTAINERIZED TYPE
1. Manufacture and design genset's container according to ISO container standards, adopt 20’ft container for gensets below 1250kva and 40’ft container for above 1250kva.
2. Container with CSC/CCS certificate, the complete containerized gensets can be directly carried by Cargo ship.
3. Container cross beam is manufactured by structural steel (different from ordinary standard container), in order to improve the mechanical strength of the container and withstand higher dynamic load from genset.
4. Container is painted by high stiffness and anti-rusty polyurethane painting, endurable for 20 years.
5. Three kinds of leaks' collector is fixed at the bottom of container to prevent potential leaks.
6. Side doors are fixed at both sides of the container, easy for maintenance and repair.
7. Ladder is equipped for easily climbing and routine maintenance.
8. The container can be open from both front and back side, the genset can be easily moved out from each side of container for overhauling.
9. Units of explosion proof lights are installed inside the container, easy for operation and maintenance.
10. Separate daily fuel tank with level view window, and capacity for minimum 8 hours running.
11. Built-in muffler with drainage system for condensation water, top made of stainless steel.
12. All hinges, locks, screws are stainless steel, inside of the container fixed with anti sea water/rainproof accessories.
13. Options: automatic fuel transfer system, automatic oil transfer system, fuel-water separator, automatic synchronizing system, heavy-duty air filter and etc.
